Why this exists

Most AI training teaches the tool. Monday looks the same.

These are the things people actually say afterwards. If more than one sounds familiar, the problem is not the tool your team picked.

“We taught AI, but nothing changed at work.”
“The team tried it once and stopped.”
“The owner told everyone to use it, but people still ask the owner.”
“We do not know which use case to start with.”

The gap is not knowledge. It is that nothing about the work changed — only what was sitting next to it. So these classes start from the workflow and put the tool inside one step of it.

TOOL EXPOSURE AI THE WORKFLOW, UNCHANGED WORKFLOW INCORPORATION .
Above, the tool is in the room and the work is untouched. Below, the same work with the tool inside one step of it. Only the second one changes a Tuesday.

The classes

Five, and one of them goes first.

Each runs 4 hours for up to 10 people from one team, at HAIVE. Participants bring a laptop and one real recurring task with its files.

AI For Executives

You have been pitched several tools this quarter. Someone on the team is already using one on a personal account. The question is not which tool — it is which part of the business goes first, and how you would know whether it worked. We also spend real time on the failure that is easiest to miss: speeding up one step so the pile simply moves to the next person.

THE WORKFLOW FASTER THE PILE ONE STEP GOT FASTER. THE WORK DID NOT.
The failure that is easiest to miss. Speed up one step and the pile does not disappear, it relocates to whoever is standing next in line.
You leave withA written call on which department goes first, in what order, and what you will watch to tell whether it is working.

AI Your Sales

Your reps know the follow-up matters. It still does not get sent. We work on qualification, follow-up sequences, quotes and notes, using deals currently in your pipeline. The rule we hold: AI drafts, the rep’s voice ships, nothing goes out unread.

DRAFTS THE REP SENT NOTHING GOES OUT UNREAD
Volume on the left, judgment in the middle, one thing out the other side. The gate is a person, and it is the part that is not delegated.
You leave withA working follow-up sequence for a real deal, in your team’s voice, ready to send.

AI Your Marketing

The calendar is always behind, and the fastest way to fill it usually sounds like everyone else. Most of the session goes to the part people skip: teaching it your actual voice, starting from a post of yours that already performed.

THE AVERAGE OF THE INTERNET YOUR VOICE A POST THAT WORKED 3 CHANNELS, STILL YOURS
Most of the session goes to the part people skip. Start from something of yours that already worked, and what comes back sounds like you instead of like everyone.
You leave withVersions of your own best post, in your voice, adapted for 3 channels.

AI Your Finance

Month-end takes the same 3 days it always has, and most of that is not the numbers. It is writing up what they mean. We spend real time on the review step, because the failure that matters in finance is not bad output. It is output that looks right.

TWO OUTPUTS LOOKS RIGHT LOOKS RIGHT THE CHECK TRUE THE FAILURE THAT MATTERS IS NOT BAD OUTPUT
In finance the dangerous output is not the one that is obviously wrong. It is the one you would sign. The session spends real time on the step that catches it.
You leave withA variance narrative drafted from your own month, and a check step you trust enough to use again.

AI Your HR

Job descriptions, screening summaries, onboarding packs, policy drafts, review prep. Before any of it, what may and may not go in — this is the one class where the boundary is legal, not just practical. AI never decides about a person.

CROSSES THE LINE DRAFT STRUCTURE SUMMARIZE DRAFTING, STRUCTURING, SUMMARIZING PASS THROUGH. A DECISION ABOUT A PERSON
This is the one class where the boundary is legal and not just practical. Three things cross it freely. One never does, and it is the only one that matters in a tribunal.
You leave withA job description, a reusable screening summary format, and a written line on what never gets entered.

The room

What actually happens in the four hours.

Same shape every time. Only the department examples and the main build change.

3:45What you take homeThe use case menu, the next 3 workflows worth doing, and the practice sheet.

After the room

The session is the smallest part.

A single workshop can start something. It cannot, on its own, make it stick. So two thirds of what you are buying happens after everyone goes home.

Days 1 to 7

The practice

One use case, one rep a day, about ten minutes. Everyone leaves with a printed sheet that already has the review date on it.

Day 8

The review call

Forty-five minutes. Wins first, then failures diagnosed live, then an honest look at whether AI entered the work or only produced one-off outputs. Included, not an add-on.

After

Certificate of Practice

Recognizes the reps actually completed. Not an assessment of skill, and it does not pretend to be one.

66 DAYS ~ MEDIAN TO AUTOMATICITY 7 DAYS ~ A CUE, AND FIRST EVIDENCE DAY 254 RANGE 18 TO 254 DAYS SOURCE: LALLY ET AL., 2010, EUROPEAN JOURNAL OF SOCIAL PSYCHOLOGY, VIA CHIIBITSU LABS BSR CANON
Drawn to scale, and the reason no part of this program claims to build a habit. Seven days is enough to establish a cue and produce first evidence. It is not enough to lock a behavior in, and saying otherwise would be selling something the calendar cannot deliver.

Between day 8 and day 66

The review call on day 8 is included in the price. The stretch after it is where a new way of working either holds or quietly stops, and no single class covers that — which is why the certificate says practice and not mastery. If your team wants someone in that window, it is arranged separately from the class, directly with Chiibitsu Labs.

Certificate of Practice

Juan Dela Cruz

completed the 7-day practice following AI @ HAIVE: AI Your Sales, held at HAIVE on 12 September 2026.

7 of 7 reps completed

Angeline “Chii” Viray Founder, Chiibitsu Labs
Facilitator
Issued 20 September 2026 A collaboration between
HAIVE and Chiibitsu Labs

This recognizes reps completed, not skill assessed. Seven days of practice establishes a cue and produces first evidence; it does not make a habit permanent.

The certificate

It says exactly what it is.

Most training certificates imply a competence nobody measured. This one counts something real and says so on its face: the reps completed, out of seven.

That is a deliberate choice. A certificate that overclaims is worth nothing to the person holding it and slightly less to the company that paid for it. This one is worth exactly what it says, which is why it is worth putting on a wall.

Before the day

Two things we ask for, and neither is optional.

Everyone brings real work

A laptop, and one recurring task with its actual files. Not a sample, not a demo account — something genuinely sitting on their list. The session is built around what the room brings, and a participant who arrives empty-handed gets a worse day than everyone else.

Everyone fills in the intake form

Short, and it goes out a week ahead. It tells us what your team actually does, where the work lives now, and where people are starting from — which varies more than most organizers expect. It is what lets the day match the room that actually arrives.

Tell us the one task your team keeps not getting to. We will tell you whether this is worth a morning.
